I just noticed that Blödmarkt has published its new music download service to the net and is offering 300 albums for only 5 EUR. So I picked up 8 interesting albums and bought them.

What I saw then was somewhat surprising and disappointing: a drawn-out list of single downloads (I ordered 8 albums with more than 200 songs!!!). Okay. And a button to get them all zipped in one single archive. So I clicked that download button and waited a few seconds until the download began. As expected it aborted after some megabytes. I could not believe how I could think that this service works.

So I am really frustrated now. I sent an email to the company and asked for a refund, but if the service is as good as in the stores I think I won't see any cent.

No, I will not set a link to that service. And yes, I know why I'm paying so much for Apple products - because these simply work (at least iTunes does).
